Frequently asked questions
- Do I have buyer protection?
- Yes. If you pay with PayPal, PayPal Buyer Protection applies under PayPal's terms. Credit and debit cards are processed securely by the payment provider shown at checkout. After successful payment, your licence and download are made available in the customer dashboard, where your invoice and accepted Terms version also remain available.
- Which Minecraft version do I need?
- The supported Minecraft, Java, server and dependency versions are listed in the product description and version notes for each plugin.
- Do I need Vault?
- Yes for all Economy plugins. Vault is free on SpigotMC. VMultiEconomy implements the Vault API and can act as a Vault provider.
- How do I get updates?*
- Each product page states whether published updates are included in the licence. Included updates appear in the dashboard; this does not promise indefinite development or specific new features.
- What happens when my server IP changes?
- The product and your licence state the applicable IP limit. You can generally reset stored IPs in the dashboard once per calendar month.
Published updates are included only as stated on the product page and in the licence; mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. Details in our ToS.
