Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

For contracts on the supply of digital content not delivered on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires if

1. you have expressly consented that performance of the contract begins before expiry of the withdrawal period, and
2. you have acknowledged that by this consent you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance.

The activation of the license in the customer dashboard counts as commencement of contract performance.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal.

For this reimbursement, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction (typically Stripe refund to the original card).
