Withdrawal Information
Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. However, the restrictions below apply to digital content.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
For contracts for the supply of digital content pursuant to § 18 para. 1 no. 11 of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG) that is not supplied on a tangible medium (for example downloads of Minecraft plugins), the right of withdrawal expires
if the consumer has expressly consented to performance of the contract beginning before expiry of the withdrawal period, and
the consumer has acknowledged that by giving this consent they lose their right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins.
Notice regarding the purchase process
By completing the purchase, you expressly consent to
performance of the contract (provision of the plugin) beginning immediately, and
losing your right of withdrawal once performance begins.
Consequence
Withdrawal is no longer possible after the plugin has been made available or downloaded.
