Warranty

Scope

The statutory warranty provisions under §§ 922 ff ABGB / VGG for digital content and digital services apply.

Defects

A defect exists in particular if the plugin:

  • does not start on the documented Paper/Spigot version,
  • does not provide the functions specified in the product description,
  • is delivered in a form that prevents customary use.

Period

The warranty period is two years from delivery (activation of the license in the dashboard). During the first twelve months it is presumed that a defect already existed at the time of delivery (§ 11 VGG).

Procedure for defects

  1. Written notice of defect to shop@pluginsmc.com with description of the error and server logs (/logs/latest.log).
  2. We respond within 5 working days with a diagnosis.
  3. Priority: free improvement (patch release). If impossible or unreasonable: proportional price reduction or rescission of the contract.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • modifications of the plugin by third parties or the customer,
  • incompatible third-party plugins,
  • server misconfiguration,
  • functional failures due to updates of the Minecraft server software which were not yet released at the time of sale.
